Thebeau and Associates, P.A. was founded by Cheri Thebeau in 2003 in the Lake Norman Area. The Firm concentrates its practice in the areas of Real Estate Law and Estate Planning.
Thebeau Law strives to give back to the Community through participation in various civic organizations and local missions including Habitat for Humanity, Rotary Club and the Hope House of Huntersville. Cheri has practiced residential real estate since 1989. She established Thebeau and Associates in 2003. Along with practicing law, Cheri is actively involved in community civic organizations including The Hope House of Huntersville and The Rotary Club of Cornelius. Cheri was also honored as a top Business Woman of the Year in the Lake Norman area in 2012.
Brooklin was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2013 and has worked with Thebeau and Associates, P.A. since she was in Law School. Prior to law school, Brooklin completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi where she played soccer for the Women’s Soccer Team. Now, her focus areas of law include Real Estate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Brooklin resides in Cornelius with her husband Brent, and their daughter Harper. Her family is actively involved in charitable organizations benefitting Levine’s Children’s Hospital.
Jennifer was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar Board of Paralegal Certification and also began working at Thebeau and Associates, P.A. in 2020. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina Charlotte where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and her post-baccalaureate diploma from Central Piedmont Community College in Paralegal Technology. She now lives in Concord with her boyfriend, Pete and their dog, Max.
